Welcome to CineDZ AI Studio, powered by EURL ECHO VISION FILMS. By accessing or using our platform at ai.cinedz.com (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the AI-powered creative tools, features, and functionalities available at ai.cinedz.com, including image generation, video creation, audio synthesis, music composition, 3D modeling, and all related capabilities.
• "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to EURL ECHO VISION FILMS, operating as CineDZ.
• "You," "User" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "User Content" means any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service, including prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs.
• "AI-Generated Content" means any image, video, audio, music, 3D model, or other output produced by the Service's AI tools based on your inputs.
• "Credits" means the virtual currency used to access AI generation features on the platform.
• "Account" means a user account created through the CineDZ single sign-on (SSO) system.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using CineDZ AI Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of Algeria and international standards. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or older, as required by your local laws) to use the Service.
• Users between 16 and 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Authentication is managed through the CineDZ single sign-on (SSO) system at cinedz.com.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@cinedz.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

5. Description of Service

AI-powered creative tools for filmmakers, including image generation, video creation, audio synthesis, music composition, 3D modeling, and more.

Our platform provides the following AI-powered tools:

• AI image generation and editing
• AI video creation and animation
• AI audio and voice synthesis
• AI music composition
• AI 3D modeling and texturing
• AI background removal and upscaling
• Moodboard and character creation tools
• Podcaster studio
• Credits-based usage system

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

6. Permitted & Prohibited Use

6.1 Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal and commercial creative purposes, subject to these Terms. Commercial use is permitted for all accounts with purchased credits.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under Algerian or international law
• Generate or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or the creation of discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups
• Generate content depicting real persons without their consent, including deepfakes or misleading media
• Produce content that is sexually explicit, exploitative, or that could endanger or exploit children
• Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, including copyrighted characters, trademarks, or brand assets
• Input sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data) into AI tools
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
• Circumvent content safety filters, rate limits, or any security measures
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or code intended to disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created without proper disclosure where legally required
• Use AI outputs to train other AI models without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service

7. User Content & AI-Generated Content

7.1 Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the platform.
• AI-generated outputs created through your prompts and inputs are yours to use, subject to these Terms.
• Commercial use of AI-generated content is permitted for accounts with purchased credits.
• Free-tier generated content may carry attribution requirements as indicated in the interface.

7.2 License to CineDZ

By creating or uploading content on the platform, you grant CineDZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This license does not transfer ownership and is limited to platform operations.

7.3 Content Moderation

• AI outputs may be automatically scanned for policy compliance before delivery
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences: warning → temporary suspension → permanent termination
• Content flagged and removed for policy violations is not eligible for credit refund

7.4 Content Accuracy & Responsibility

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content you use, publish, or distribute. CineDZ makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI outputs.

8. Credits System & Payments

8.1 How Credits Work

• AI generation consumes credits based on the model complexity and generation type
• Credit costs are displayed before each generation — you will see the exact cost before confirming
• New verified accounts receive a welcome bonus of 50 free credits
• Credit balances are tracked and visible in your profile dashboard

8.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits are purchased through the CineDZ platform at cinedz.com/credits-home
• Payments are processed securely via SATIM (CIB and Edahabia cards for Algeria)
• All transactions are in Algerian Dinar (DZD)
• Prices displayed are final and include all applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice

8.3 Credit Rules

• Credits do not expire but cannot be converted to cash
• Credit transfers between accounts are not permitted
• Failed generations automatically refund the credited amount to your balance
• Unused purchased credits are refundable within 30 days — see our Refund Policy
• Promotional and free credits are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and underlying AI technology — are owned by EURL ECHO VISION FILMS or its licensors. You are granted no rights in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service become the property ofCineDZ. We may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers for AI computation, content delivery, and storage. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We select partners that meet our security and privacy standards, but we are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

Generated content is stored on secure, globally distributed content delivery networks (CDNs). Your content is accessible only to you unless you explicitly choose to share it.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. CineDZ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EURL ECHO VISION FILMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated content accuracy, quality, or appropriateness
• Decisions made based on AI outputs
• Third-party claims arising from AI-generated content
• Loss of data, creative work, or business opportunities due to service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your generated content or account
• Loss of profits, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EURL ECHO VISION FILMS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your AI-generated content; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cinedz.com. We recommend exporting your generated content before requesting account closure.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms, especially AI content policies
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Abuse the platform or disrupt services
• Fail to comply with payment obligations

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate. Unused purchased credits may be refunded at our discretion. Promotional credits are forfeited. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, in harmony with international legal frameworks. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algeria. If you reside outside Algeria, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Algerian courts for any disputes related to these Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the CineDZ Master Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EURL ECHO VISION FILMS regarding your use of the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

The failure of CineDZ to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.CineDZ may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
