• "Service" refers to the AI-powered creative tools available at ai.cinedz.com.
• "Data Controller" refers to EURL ECHO VISION FILMS, which determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

3.1 Account Data (via CineDZ SSO)

• Name, email address, profile picture
• Account ID from the CineDZ platform
• Authentication tokens and session data

3.2 AI Processing Data

• Text prompts and generation parameters you submit
• Images, audio, or video you upload as inputs for AI processing
• Generated outputs (images, videos, audio, 3D models, music)
• Model selections and configuration preferences

3.3 Usage & Transaction Data

• Credit usage, balance changes, and transaction history
• Feature usage patterns, generation frequency, and module preferences
• Saved assets, folders, and library organization

3.4 Technical Data

• IP address, device type, and operating system
• Browser type and version
• Referral sources and navigation paths
• Login times, session durations, and browsing actions

4. AI-Specific Data Processing

4.1 Prompts & Inputs

• Text prompts are processed solely to generate the content you request
• Prompts may be logged for quality improvement, abuse prevention, and safety monitoring
• Your prompts are NOT used to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent
• Uploaded images are used only for the specific generation you request

4.2 Generated Content

• Generated content is stored on secure, globally distributed CDN infrastructure with signed, protected URLs
• Content is accessible only to you unless you explicitly choose to share it
• Content may be automatically scanned for policy compliance before delivery
• You can delete your generated content at any time from your asset library

4.3 AI Infrastructure

To provide AI generation capabilities, your prompts and inputs are securely transmitted to our AI computation infrastructure. These processing services are contractually bound to:

• Process data only for the specific generation you request
• Not retain your data beyond the processing period
• Maintain industry-standard security and encryption
• Not use your inputs to train their own models without separate consent

• Generate AI content based on your requests
• Track credit usage and process payment transactions
• Provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring performance
• Improve AI generation quality, features, and user experience
• Prevent abuse, detect policy violations, and ensure community safety
• Personalize your experience and recommend relevant features
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Send service-related communications (transaction receipts, generation notifications)
• Comply with legal obligations under Algerian law

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Your Consent: When you register, upload content, accept cookies, or opt into specific features
• Contractual Necessity: To deliver the AI generation services you request and manage your credits
• Legitimate Interests: Improving platform security, preventing abuse, enhancing the service, and analytics
• Legal Compliance: Compliance with Algerian law (Loi n° 18-07) and applicable data protection regulations

7. Data Sharing

We may share data only with:

• AI Infrastructure Providers: Your prompts/inputs are transmitted to compute infrastructure for generation — under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements
• CDN & Storage Providers: Generated content is stored on secure content delivery networks
• Payment Processors: SATIM processes payment data — card information is never stored on CineDZ servers
• Legal Authorities: When required by Algerian law or international cooperation treaties
• Analytics Providers: Anonymized usage data for platform improvements

8. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods:

9. Your Rights

Under Algerian data protection law (Loi n° 18-07), GDPR (for EU users), and international standards, you have the following rights:

• Environment-based credential management (no hardcoded secrets)

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Algeria to provide AI generation services. When data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Contractual data processing agreements with all service providers
• GDPR-compliant hosting and storage partners within the European Union
• Encrypted data transmission for all cross-border transfers
• Data minimization — only the data necessary for processing is transferred

13. Children's Privacy

CineDZ AI Studio is not intended for children under 16 years of age. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@cinedz.com, and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or services. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
